Stonewin Marine Fuel Supplier

Global | December 8, 2025 – Stonewin, a global supplier of petroleum products to leading defence institutions across the Western Hemisphere, has significantly expanded its role in the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) marine fuels programme, securing six of the twelve global supply regions awarded under a competitive tender process. This is the maximum number permitted for a single contractor, marking a major milestone in Stonewin’s long-standing cooperation with NSPA.

The win represents a doubling of Stonewin’s previous footprint, which covered three supply regions under a contract held since 2017 and concluding on 30 April 2025. The company said the expanded allocation reinforces its position as a trusted partner in global government fuel supply and strengthens its contribution to NATO mission readiness.

Winning six of twelve global supply regions significantly increases our footprint from the previous contract and reconfirms Stonewin’s strength in global government fuels supply, Stonewin said. This achievement underscores our long-standing collaboration with NSPA and our dedication to reliability and mission readiness across our global supply chain.”

Historic Expansion: Doubling NATO Footprint

The NSPA global marine fuels programme is essential for ensuring uninterrupted fuel availability for NATO member states and Allied naval forces operating across strategically significant regions. Contractors awarded to the programme must maintain rigorous compliance, supply-chain resilience, and timely fulfilment capability across multiple continents.

Stonewin’s expanded mandate reflects the company’s logistical reliability, operational precision, and ability to support mission-critical government fuel operations on a global scale.

The company’s supply network spans:

  • Over 1,000 locations
  • 40 countries
  • 5 continents

Supported by strategically positioned offices in:

  • Riga, Latvia (Europe)
  • Dubai, UAE (Middle East)
  • Miami, USA (Americas)
  • Port Louis, Mauritius (Africa/Indian Ocean)

This international reach enables Stonewin to deliver rapid-response, compliant marine fuel solutions to government clients and military operations across diverse operational theatres.
