Augsburg, Germany – June 4, 2025 – In a landmark move symbolizing its evolution and commitment to global decarbonization, MAN Energy Solutions has officially rebranded itself as Everllence. The announcement, made today by CEO Uwe Lauber at the company’s global headquarters in Augsburg, Germany, marks a significant milestone in the company’s 250-year legacy and its growing role as a leader in sustainable industrial transformation.

The rebranding was ceremonially commemorated with the unveiling of the new company nameplate by CEO Uwe Lauber at the company’s Augsburg headquarters. Parallel ceremonies took place at other major European sites in Oberhausen, Berlin, Zurich, and Copenhagen, reflecting the global scale and impact of this transformation.
Speaking at the event, Uwe Lauber CEO of Everllence, emphasized the strategic motivation behind the name change:
“Our name change is the logical next step in the execution of our ‘Moving big things to zero’ strategy, which focuses on decarbonization and efficiency solutions—especially for sectors with hard-to-abate, climate-damaging emissions.”
He further noted that Everllence is now recognized not only for its historical expertise in engines and turbomachinery but also for pioneering contributions in large heat pumps, carbon capture and storage, climate-neutral shipping technologies, and the global hydrogen ramp-up.

Gunnar Kilian, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Everllence and a member of the Board of Volkswagen Group, echoed Lauber’s sentiments.
