Marseille, France | January 20, 2026 – CMA CGM, together with its OCEAN Alliance partners COSCO Shipping, Evergreen, and OOCL, has unveiled the OCEAN Alliance “DAY 10 Product”, marking 10 years of cooperation and reinforcing the alliance’s position as the largest operational maritime network in the global shipping industry.
The announcement was made during The Convention between Carriers and Ports for OCEAN Alliance, held from 20–21 January 2026, and signals a renewed long-term commitment to reliability, efficiency, and network scale amid a rapidly evolving global trade environment.
With 41 services deployed across the world’s most strategic trade lanes and a total capacity of 5.3 million TEUs, OCEAN Alliance continues to set the benchmark for operational reach and service breadth.

DAY 10 Product: The Most Comprehensive Alliance Offering to Date
Designed for implementation in 2026, the “DAY 10 Product” reflects CMA CGM’s strategy, developed jointly with its alliance partners, to deliver a robust, flexible, and resilient network capable of meeting customer demands despite market volatility, geopolitical uncertainty, and rising regulatory pressure.
A key highlight of the new offering is the Asia–Northern Europe trade, which will feature the most comprehensive product in the industry, providing the widest port coverage at both origin and destination.
Across all major East–West routes, the OCEAN Alliance will deploy:
- 394 container vessels, including 130 operated by CMA CGM
- 41 liner services across global trade lanes
- 5.3 million TEUs of total deployed capacity
Extensive Coverage Across Key Global Trade Routes
The OCEAN Alliance “DAY 10 Product” provides CMA CGM customers with optimized transport solutions to and from Asia and other major markets, including:
Asia – Northern Europe
- 7 services
- 102 vessels, including 30 operated by CMA CGM
Asia – Mediterranean
- 4 services
- 54 vessels, including 26 operated by CMA CGM
Transpacific Trades
- 22 services in total
- Asia – U.S. East Coast:
- 8 services
- 100 vessels, including 41 operated by CMA CGM
- Asia – U.S. & Canada West Coast:
- 14 services
- 99 vessels, including 25 operated by CMA CGM

Two direct Asia–Red Sea services remain suspended until further notice, with cargo to and from the region continuing to be handled via CMA CGM’s standalone REX2 service, operated independently of the alliance.

The launch of the “DAY 10 Product” underscores the strength and stability of the OCEAN Alliance partnership. CMA CGM, COSCO Shipping, Evergreen, and OOCL have reaffirmed their commitment to cooperate at least until 2032, providing long-term visibility and confidence to customers and ports alike.
Since its formation in 2017, OCEAN Alliance has evolved into the world’s largest operational shipping network, connecting Asia, Northern Europe, the Mediterranean, the Middle East, and North America’s East and West Coasts. The alliance’s scale enables direct port calls, optimized transit times, and improved schedule reliability, supporting global supply chains with agility and resilience.
Sustainability and Decarbonisation at the Core
Aligned with its ambition to achieve Net Zero Carbon by 2050, the CMA CGM Group continues to integrate lower-emission solutions across its fleet and alliance operations.
